This was an incredible experience for myself and my girlfriend as we always wanted to try making pasta from scratch and this class gave us the opportunity to make our own pasta and cook it too. We had some dietary constraints and Claudio worked with us on customizing the ingredients to our liking. Highly recommended experience with Claudio.

I’m a huge carbonara fan and it was amazing to learn how to make it from scratch, seriously from scratch we learned how to make the pasta as well. Truly enjoyed learning from such an awesome chef.

The venue was easy to find, we drove into Valencia and there is ample parking within 5 mins work. The session is held in a kitchen showroom so it very elegant. The session was simple but yet very informative. Guests with gluten intolerances were catered for which was a added bonus. The food was super tasty and Claudio was charming.

This was a great experience, with a great host. Claudio is an Italian-born, and Italian-trained chef that has worked all over Europe. He is patient with less experienced cooks, yet challenges those who know their way around the kitchen. He is also very accommodating and easily shifted to a Gluten-Free recipe for us. You will have a perfect time!

Claudio's carbonara cooking class was just perfect. I'd always wanted to know how to make a good Carbonara -- and this class helped to clarify the steps. Great experience! This was great! Totally worth it. Claudio brings the good energy and enthusiasm from the moment you walk in to the space. It is an intimate setting that makes you feel like you’re having a local experience. He has lots of insight, recommendations and clearly loves what he does! The group we had ended up connecting very well and adventured out together afterward as well. Great for a solo traveler.

Experiencia espectacular, el tiempo de cocinar se hace muy ameno, te invitan a aperol y aperitivos, la comida riquísima. El trato por parte de Claudio y su compañera muy agradable. Te dan la receta de la pasta por si se te olvida. 100% recomendable y por supuesto repetiría mil veces. Muchas risas y nos ha gustado mucho.
